FOUNDATION
When building an indoor or outdoor Padel Court, the structure needs a firm and solid surface.
STEP #1
Stripping and Removing the Existing Soil as a First Step of the Padel Court Construction
STEP #1
Installing the Geotextile. The purpose of Geotextile is to separate the natural subsoil (or backfill) and the crushed stone of the sub-base.
STEP #6
Pour wet concrete into the forms until they are full to the top edge. While the wet concrete is being poured, use shovels, rakes and "come alongs" (special concrete rake) to move the concrete to make sure there are no voids or air pockets.
STEP #8
Once all the troweling (float or steel) is complete the final finish can be applied to the concrete. The most basic type of finish is known as a "broom finish"
STEP #2
Install backfill with sand or crushed stone
STEP #4
Rebar should be placed evenly throughout the project
STEP #7
Use a large metal to screed the top of the concrete. Screeding helps compact and consolidate the concrete, and begins the smoothing and leveling process.
STEP #9
Surface ready for Padel structure to be install.
